How I lost 10 lbs in 10 weeks

How it started

I was diagnosing with diabetic type II. Male 200 lbsnet, age 50+, 5’ 9”. After two and ½ years of taking diabetic pills I diagnosed my self to see the result of being pills taker. Not only pills did any notice able help to the cause, I realized the nasty side affects that alarm me to take the mater into my own hands, so I dig into the problem and researched.

Findings, Summery:

I looked at the problem as an engineer point of view.The Body is an engine; it burns fuel to run 24 hours a day even when sleeping. The fuel that this engine burns is sugar; the fuel reserve in the body is fat. When we give this engine more than its daily needs the fat saving containers grow and love handles appears. In the absence of adequate sugar the body tap into the fat reserves and love handles will flatten.

Based on my understanding here is my sugar list: Bread, Pasta, Rice, Potato, Cookies, Pastries, Sugar, my favorite Ice-Cream,Sodas, HardLiquors, Food with Starch and Fat,Sweet Foods.

The Plan:

The plan: Now with this information I prepared a dish with 35% Vegetable, 35% Roots and 30% what ever I want to eat as long as the total daily intake does not exceed one and half lbs a day, if I couldn't finished my dish on first time I eat the left over at night.

In the following presentations I have shown how to prepare the daily intake plate and described how to make deliciouscooking foods, sweets and life essential Promeh, to eat all things which is good for me, mean while constantly and little by little lose some of those love handles.

I do not eat during the day; only coffee and herbal home made teas, 10 to 12 cups daily, absolutely no sodas, couple of beers in a week. The herbal teas included ginger and lime, cinnamon, no black tea, then start eating after 6 PM., always have some cucumbers and apples in the refrigerator it become handy, middle of the night.
